Dr. Matt Witzel has been our veterinarian at Forest View Farm for Olympian John Pearce in Southern California for three years where he managed everything from our top Grand Prix horses, to our breeding program and our retirees. Dr. Witzel was absolutely crucial to the success of our program. Always professional, approachable, and passionate Dr. Witzel always took the time to care for each individual animal. Western Montana is lucky to have him and he is going to be greatly missed here in Southern California! We cannot speak enough to how integral Dr. Witzel was to our equestrian program which is no small feat being that we breed, train, and compete world class Grand Prix show jumpers and prospects. I, John Pearce, have been all over the world competing at the 5 star level including the Olympics, World Championships and Nations cups during which I have worked with many different equine veterinarian in many different countries and Dr. Witzel proved himself to be at the top of his profession.
